Knit and Natter

Our 'Knit and Natter' craft group normally meets on Thursdays between 10.00 am and 12.00 noon. 

Refreshments are provided as well as wool and knitting needles.  Everyone is free to bring along whatever crafts they make themselves at home as well as joining in with whatever the group decides to take on.  We have made trauma teddies (which the police give to children suffering the trauma of abuse or accidents/incidents), twiddle muffs (which are recognized to help folk suffering from dementia). A few years ago, the group also knit/crocheted poppies together with folk all over the Village to 'yarn bomb' the Village during a Forties weekend.

Please feel free to join us just for a free cuppa and biscuits plus a chat if you are not into crafts.
